Hi! I’m Jammie
Welcome- I’m glad you’re here!
My work is about returning you to the parts of yourself that have been waiting to be seen, gently guiding you back into alignment with your body, your inner knowing, and your natural sense of wholeness. Together, we create space to meet what arises with compassion and curiosity, honoring the protective parts that have carried you, while nurturing what’s ready to emerge.
As a somatic IFS coach, licensed therapist, and grief tender, I support people through inner transitions; those quiet but powerful moments when something deep within says, it’s time. Whether you’re navigating burnout, longing for clarity, or integrating insights from ceremony or plant medicine, I offer grounded, present-moment support to help you reconnect with the self-energy already within you.
This work is not about fixing; it’s about remembering. Reclaiming the parts of you shaped by family, community, and culture. Restoring your connection to the body, to the earth, and to the wisdom that has always been yours.
My own path has been shaped by years of therapeutic practice, deep grief work, ceremony, and study across healing traditions. These experiences have taught me that healing unfolds when we slow down, listen deeply, and welcome all that we are. Years of training and honing my expertise, consistent clinical supervision, and walking my own path are my deepest guides in supporting you in yours.
Let’s walk this path together—with presence, with care, and with reverence for the sacredness of your becoming.
Sometimes, meeting our deepest fears with a steady breath, an open heart, and a deep trust in ourselves allows us to cross even the widest ravines. On the other side, we may find ourselves a little braver, much more alive, and deeply moved by the beauty waiting to be seen and felt in this human life.
